In Every Condo Inspection:

Plumbing system serving the unit (fixtures, faucets, toilets, showers/tubs, drains, water pressure, visible piping, and water heater if located within the unit)

Electrical system (accessible panel/subpanel, outlets, switches, lighting, GFCI/AFCI protection, grounding, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors)

HVAC system (interior air handler/evaporator, thermostat, ductwork if accessible, airflow, and operation of heating/cooling)

Permanently installed appliances (range, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator if included, etc.)

Limited common elements assigned to the unit (balconies, patios, terraces, private storage, or garages if exclusive and accessible)
